Penske Media is rapidly growing, which means lots of opportunity for growth and learning. The job is never boring and there are always new challenges to solve. The exec leadership (especially the CEO) are also extremely passionate about looking after their employees. Despite rapid growth, I do not feel like just a number at this company.Cons
Penske Media can be challenging - every corporate team is run very lean, meaning that there is always more work than can get done. It can feel like you are swimming against the tide and that feeling is not for everyone. That being said, it does mean greater job security.
