Our D&I Charter: Our Why

“Great People Make Planview Great” We want our great people to share great ideas, do great work, and deliver great business outcomes. To do that, we need to embrace their diversity of thought. This is not something we do intuitively - It takes effort. This is the work of the D&I initiative, and work we are willing to take on, because diversity lifts our creativity, drives innovation, brings us closer to our customers, and makes Planview a better place to work.  

Every day on this aspirational journey, we will take and measure concrete steps. This is an ongoing, continuous improvement process. And with each iteration, we build an equitable and inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our current and future employees, partners, and customers.

Equity refers to the practices, and/or policies that ensure everyone has fair access to opportunities. We seek ethical treatment and equal access to information and resources.
