This job has limitless potential. You don't have to have a sales background to be successful. Just make connections with candidates, put in the effort to hit your metrics, and be open to feedback if things aren't working. It does feel like everyone wants you to succeed with a healthy dose of competition mixed in. You can earn perks (work from home, higher base salary, new commissions tiers) as you hit sales milestones.Cons
You do have to put in a lot of effort upfront to hit your goals and sometimes it is hard to stay positive if your contract doesn't work out. Can't really predict what candidates and clients will do. Guess that is the nature of all sales roles though.
