* The culture is amazing. This is a more community-motivated company than I've ever worked for before. * The business takes great care of its engineers. * There's good opportunity to take ownership over large software platforms, without the feeling of a lot of pressure all at once. * The Engineering team works very (VERY) closely with the Product team. You are part of the same team and truly try to share a vision. There's no "work on your ticket and don't ask any questions" here.Cons
