The people who work at Saxbys are great. It would be hard to find another for-profit company where so many of the staff really care of the mission of the company. There is a lot of creativity and excitement when it comes to getting work done and it is inspiring to be a part of on a day-to-day basis. Although it is a hybrid work set up, there is still a lot of flexibility. It's an environment where your work product is what matters, not necessarily when you do it (as long as it in on time and high quality).Cons
