Cons

You only get 4 hours of PTO per month until you've been there for a year. It's a small office so schedule changes are hard to come by. You have to wait 2 years before looking into other roles Mandatory on-call shifts and worked holidays.

Our Partner Resource Groups (PRGs) Mission is to support our core value, Celebrating the Power of Individual Differences. A strategic partner to our core business, TD’s PRGs create and support programs and initiatives in the areas of commerce, culture, careers, communication and the communities in which we live and work. Our PRGs encourage Partners to voice their opinions and concerns, serve as advocates for one another and foster an environment of Belonging.

Our Vision for Inclusion is to foster a culture and create an infrastructure that engages all of TD’s Partners, allowing TD’s diverse talents to make positive contributions toward the company’s mission.

Our PRG Goals are Guided by Five Strategic Areas: 

  • Commerce: Provide strategic support for TD’s business and customers. Seek opportunities to involve customers and Partners in joint events.
  • Community: Support PRG participation in local community events, and representation on non-profit boards and committees. Raise company profile and footprint in TD geographies.
  • Communication: Enhance the TD brand; create opportunities for collaboration between the company and external groups.
  • Culture & Education: Inclusion Education and raising awareness for non-PRG members in the company.
  • Career & Recruitment: Assist with Talent Acquisition recruitment activities and events.

Our Objectives 

  • Advance diversity recruitment, retention, training and community engagement strategy
  • Establish and empower Partner Resource Groups (PRGs)
  • Increase Partner demographics:
    • Women
    • Persons of Color
    • Veteran population

Our Executive Inclusion Council (EIC) provides the overall guidance of the Inclusion Strategy and ensures Partners at all organizational levels have the opportunity to thrive in a workplace where Partner contributions are continuously recognized and valued.

One of the primary responsibilities of the EIC will be the oversight of TD's Partner Resource Groups

Our Three-Year Inclusion Plan 

  • Year 1 - Ensure Leadership Commitment - demonstrated commitment and accountability for modeling inclusive behaviors that advance the core value of “Celebrate Individual Differences”
  • Year 2 - Cultivate & Support an Inclusive Culture - cultivate and promote an inclusive culture that celebrates individual differences that attracts, grows and maximizes the talent, skills and diversity within TD
  • Year 3 - Accelerate Inclusion Strategies - focus on Initiatives that will accelerate Inclusion strategies. Leverage and formalize Inclusion strategic priorities.
