Our Employee Resource Groups are employee led and play a integral role in our culture. Please see below of the (5) ERG groups we have here at Honest: 

W.E.L.L (Women Excelling in Leadership & Living): The mission is to educate, empower and propel women to professional and personal growth, offering support, inspiration and tools to achieve success. 

Parents & Friends: The mission is to provide Honest parents, caregivers and friends of parents with programming and a community that empowers and enables them to bring their best selves to work.  The curriculum will educate, build (or build upon) new or existing skills and provide a community of support and understanding.

B.L.A.C (Black Leadership, Allies and Community): The mission is to support the community and allies of Honest to drive Black representation, equality and leadership across the business, the marketplace and the culture.

H.A.A.P.I (Honest Asian Americans + Pacific Islanders): The mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and allies through mentorship, volunteering, and fostering appreciation for the traditions and legacy of this richly diverse community with educational, cultural, and social activities.

H.O.L.A (Hispanic or Latinos/Latina/Latinx & Allies): The mission is to uplift and support an inclusive community that promotes diversity, professional development and cultural awareness at Honest and with our allies.
