Started low pay, increases came as much as 1$ a week if you’re one of the good ones, also on top of the pay if you get a key guy or supervisor posistion you get footage pay, starts at a nickel a foot and up to 35cents a foot, after 2 years I was pulling 1650 every other week.Cons
