They provide a good work/life balance, great insurance and benefits, great management as they treat you like an adult and trust you to do your job. Room to expand your skillset(s). Overall, a nice/comfortable place to work and learn.

Cons

For me, not much to say, all minor stuff - as long as you are respectful and treat as such, your golden.
