As a certified B Corp, we look carefully at how our work impacts the lives and health of people, animals, and the environment, and then we put them first. Always. Our award-winning, newly expanded egg washing and packing facility, Egg Central Station (ECS), nests in Springfield, Missouri, less than a day’s drive from more than 300 family farms. ECS is powered by our incredible crew, who help to grade, wash and pack our eggs before they are shipped to grocery stores and foodservice operations across the country, ultimately landing on your table. The world-class facility’s thoughtful, green design – complete with natural light, air conditioning and state-of-the-art robotics – reflects our commitment to the long-term sustainability of our stakeholders. Our ECS crew members are inspired to reach their career goals through our online learning curriculum, coaching, and career advancement opportunities.

Austin, TX is home to Vital Farms headquarters: The Roost. If you happen to be a local crewmember, the office is available for you to pop in and work at any time. However, the majority of our crew are fully remote and live all over the country! We’ve cultivated a flexible workplace that embraces a people-first culture while continuing to foster connection and build strong relationships throughout our flock.
