My Book to Empower Women in Journalism

In May 2018, I wrote, designed and self-published a book, On the Record: Notes from 20 Powerful Women in Journalism, along with a corresponding website, geared toward high school and college students who want to make a difference in journalism.

The book and website consist of 20 interviews with diverse women in the fields of print and digital journalism, including women at The New York Times, Glamour, USA Today, The Atlantic, Slate, Nylon, Girlboss, Business Insider, Vulture, Cosmopolitan and more.

I donated copies of the book to some of my old teachers and professors, and one Syracuse University professor even added it to her curriculum.
