The Role


We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a female professional based in the Philippines with a solid background in project management and operations. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and executive teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage digital projects from concept to delivery
  • Assist in managing ongoing content projects for monthly clients
  • Monitor task completion, timelines, and team performance across the project pipeline
  • Support task delegation and follow-through by coordinating with team member
  • Respond to client text messages related to project updates and timelines (all phone calls will be handled by the founder)
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates in project management tools
  • Assist the main Project Manager and the Founder with administrative and operational tasks
  • Prepare updates and reports for leadership
  • Help streamline internal workflows and operational processes
  • Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed


Requirements
  • Female candidate based in the Philippines (preferred)
  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management and/or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
