Technical Product Manager - IoT

The Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead and drive the development and expansion of our IoT platform, including IoT Portal, Public APIs and eSIM connectivity lifecycle management. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and managing the product lifecycle. This position requires understanding software development lifecycle, and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the IoT platform, focusing on scalability.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and business models to enhance the IOT Platform's value.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting market demands.
- Set a clear vision outlining the teams purposes and develop a strategy tailored to the its capabilities.
- Organise the team working in Agile methodology.
- Define the work (Epics/Features/Stories) and create the team backlog into thoroughly defined and deliverable items without compromising quality standards.
- Prioritise the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives defined by the Initiative Owner.
- Support the Engineering Team Lead by providing timely inputs to maintain the master schedule.
- Improve customer value by listening to customers and building great products, creating real USP
- Work collaboratively in a distributed environment, together with different teams.
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Tech savvy and have a good understanding of software development.
- Experience in writing product specification, and reading technical documents.
- Ability to balance technical and business priorities, ensuring that product features are aligned with both customer needs and organizational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Web development experience.
- IoT experience or familiarity.
- Basic knowledge of mobile networks and connectivity.
- Experience with large scale customers or platforms.
