This position requires a strong understanding of product strategy, taxonomy, visual navigation, attribution, SEO, and analytics.Your primary responsibilities will include:• Leading and executing pre-season planning to in-season category management• Developing content strategies for Gateway Landing Pages, Product Listing Pages, and Product Detail Pages• Managing taxonomy, attribution, visual navigation for optimal customer experience• Owning business strategy for your assigned category by staying informed about trends in collaboration with merchandise buyers and inventory management teams• Collaborating with product management team to drive enhancements that improve the customer experience• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to identify business opportunities• Participating in weekly E-commerce business reviews on category performanceRequirements• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site merchandising or buying• Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment is preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint• Experience with web analytics using Adobe Analytics• Familiarity with content/catalog management tools such as Webdam and Figma• Awareness of digital trends, consumer shopping behaviors, and competitive landscape• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
