UGC Creator and Social Manager, Premium, CPG Brand

Our client, a well known CPG brand, is looking for a Social Media Associate Manager to join their growing team. This role has a focus on Youtube and TiktokThis is a IN-FRONT of Camera position, candidates need to be comfortable creating UGC type videos.This is a temp to perm roleThis is mostly remote, must be local to Los AngelesFreelance, 40 hrs a weekYears of experience - 5 professional years of experience (after college and internships)Must live near Los Angeles, no exceptionsRate - $40/hr+, with flexibility for the right experienceMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.Responsibilities include:• Lead strategy and content creation of TikTok and Youtube Channels, as well as day to day management.• Actively Community Manage and engage with audiences, including utilizing Threads, Youtube, Tiktok• Create content, including videos and draft and edit high-quality copy. Additional graphic skills a huge plus!!• Post and Manage calendars• Reporting weekly/daily/monthly on performanceQualifications:• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.Freelance, 40 hrs a weekMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
