HR Specialist

2K Games is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their Dublin team for an 18 month fixed term contract, providing HR support for all employees in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Provide day to day HR support and advice to employees and managers.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives.
Create and manage various HR reports and metrics.
Support the development and implementation of a university engagement strategy.

Education

Demonstrated experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
Experience with Workday, MS Office, and Google Suite
