Your role:

Transfer/Move trash and waste throughout and out of the facility via a forklift. Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods etc. Perform safety checks on lifts. Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies. May require certification to operate forklift. Clean all areas of the facility including offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, warehouse, outdoor areas, etc.

Seasoned individual contributor. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. Explains practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement wit others outside of the job area. Provides administrative or technical support at a senior level. Proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job. May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Generally works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Normally receives little instruction on daily work. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

The typical base pay range for this role Hazle Township, PA is USD $35,000 - $43,700 - $52,500 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
