2nd Shift Warehouse Associate I

Runs the Open Order Report everyday for Flagstaff and small orders and sends it to the Operations Manager

Reviews reports and orders on a daily basis for issues such as orders on hold, product not available, incorrect account number or incomplete address. Communicates with IT if order needs to be cancelled.

Communicates by email and phone regarding order status, tracking information or issues to Operations Manager & Customer Service Dept. Assists the supervisor in prioritizing small orders to be picked and packed.

Assists the supervisor in prioritizing small orders to be picked and packed. Coordinates that packed and packed orders are shipped in a timely manner or sends the manifest to the shipping department to call for the routing, cancel and adjust product that is not available. Makes sure all trailers are closed at the end of the day.

Assists the supervisor in gathering and tracking daily employee hours for Clipper ship area including any Value Added Services for the weekly hours report sent to the Operations Manager.

Process “specialty” order shipments (domestic and international shipments sent via UPS, RPS, FedEx ground, FedEx overnight, red label orders) using the Clipper ship system or hand writing international shipments. In addition sends orders via U.S. Mail.

Determines method of shipment based on instructions on Pick Ticket. Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons and assures special shipping instructions are followed (e.g. C.O.D., consignee billing shipments, etc.)

Monitors inventory levels of shipping supplies, materials & notifies manager before running out. Posts weights & shipping charges & affixes postage.

Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Assures proper documentation (e.g. commercial invoices) is included for international shipment.

$19.50 - $19.50 per hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Moreno Valley, CA distribution center.
