Job Description

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership for plant operations. This individual will work closely with all departments to establish and enforce safe process methods that ensure operational effectiveness and production adherence. The supervisor will champion an environment of respect and responsibility through professional communication, accountability, budget consciousness, team work, quality, safety and productivity.

 

  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
  • Salary: Starting at $60,000 - $65,000   
  • Hours Per Week: 40 +  
  • Workweek: Sun-Sat.

    SHIFTS:

Sanborn: Day shift, 8 hours between 5ª-5p, 5 days a week.

Jim Falls: Night shift: 8 hour shift between 2p and 6a. 5 days/week. Days vary.

Paynesville: Night shift: 8 hour shift between 2p and 6a. 5 days/week. Days vary.

 

  • Payment Days: Biweekly/Thursday 
  • Start Dates: ASAP
  • Locations: Jim Falls, WI., Sanborn, IA., or Paynesville, MN.

Qualifications

  • Criminal Background Check and Drug Test: Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check. 
  • English Level Required: Proficient (conversational English) 
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to pass physical assessment performed by the factory´s doctor. 
  • Documentation: "Título en Ingeniería, Cédula Profesional y Pasaporte".    
  • Others: HACCP, GMP, OSHA, SQF
  • Experience: Either a bachelor's degree in food science or 5 years of experience in dairy.
  • Desired Degree: Food Science.
  • Drivers License: Yes.
