In this hybrid role, you’ll be onsite four times a week, allowing you a blend of collaborative and independent work. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing the new onboarding program, overseeing the performance appraisal system, and bridging management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will support business growth by engaging, motivating, and retaining top talent while ensuring legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.
