• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree HRM
• Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

You'll need to have solid experience in labor law, as you'll be addressing all related queries while harmonizing compensation and benefits packages. Your knack for full-cycle recruiting will shine as you write compelling vacancy texts, manage our ATS system, and conduct initial interviews. Collaboration is key here; you’ll work closely with payroll offices, legal advisors, and various central services to ensure compliance with local legislation. If you have a degree in HR management and a proven track record of at least two years in a similar position, along with top-notch communication skills, then you might just be the perfect fit for us.
