Job Description

Tasks & responsibilities

  • First point of contact to the line management
  • First point of contact for the employees
  • Responsible for all questions related to labor law
  • Responsible for monthly payroll in Auxilium
  • Ensure correct payroll process
  • Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages
  • Onboarding in alignment with our company culture.
  • Responsible for drawing up the correct employment contracts
  • Responsible for the induction procedure of newcomers
  • Support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation...)
  • Work in close collaboration with the different partners: payroll office, legal advisors, lawyers... in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law)
  • Communicate with other central services (accounting, office management) and third parties (employees, car lessors) for the feet management (leasing)
  • Recruitment of new candidates recruitment of new candidates
  • Writing up vacancy texts + follow up in out ATS system Smartrecruiters
  • Conducting initial interviews with hiring manager

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree HRM

• Proven work experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years

• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
