Skills
10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience
Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, and digital marketing technologies
BA/BS degree required, Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of largest global strategic customers
Understand and align with customers' business goals and objectives
Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Forecast, identify risks, and ensure strong customer renewal and growth rates
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance and customer feedback
Education
BA/BS degree required
