Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic

6sense is seeking a Principal Strategic Customer Success Manager to actively manage and grow the happiness and renewal of our largest global strategic enterprise customers. Join us in revolutionizing B2B revenue creation through predictive analytics.

Skills

  • 10+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience
  • Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, and digital marketing technologies
  • BA/BS degree required, Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of largest global strategic customers
  • Understand and align with customers' business goals and objectives
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Forecast, identify risks, and ensure strong customer renewal and growth rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance and customer feedback

Education

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
