Skills
5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience
Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with marketing tech stack and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
Establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within each account
Developing and maintaining strategic account plans to drive business value and ROI
Forecasting, identifying risk, and maintaining a strong customer renewal rate
Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine and managing customer onboarding
Education
BA/BS degree required
Master’s degree preferred
