Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
6sense is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer growth, build relationships, and ensure customer success. This role involves working closely with global Enterprise customers to drive business value and ROI.
Skills
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience
- Experience working with global 1000 Enterprise customers
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with marketing tech stack and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Establishing strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within each account
- Developing and maintaining strategic account plans to drive business value and ROI
- Forecasting, identifying risk, and maintaining a strong customer renewal rate
- Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine and managing customer onboarding
Education
- BA/BS degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
