The work model for the role is: #LI-Remote You will be mainly accountable for: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market growth targets, aligning with overall business strategy. Oversee all sales functions and ensure high-quality sales, service, and delivery, while fostering key account relationships. Champion CRM (Salesforce) usage across the organization to track sales metrics and support strategic deals. Lead sales organization change initiatives and define sales training programs to support staff potential and company objectives. Oversee marketing functions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while driving campaigns that support business goals.Qualifications for the role• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a sales leadership role• Successful experience selling technical services to multiple industries• Experience with add-on acquisitions, preferred• Demonstrated abilities in all aspects of sales and marketing leadership including managing a diverse group of sales managers and account executives• Travel of up to 50% required• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $136,400 and $227,600 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus. myBenefitsABB.com
