Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid.This role is contributing to the Business Development function in ELSP in USA and Sweden. Main stakeholders are all members of Agile Organization and parties who interact with it (e.g. MUs, Test Labs, LSOs, etc.).You will be mainly accountable for:• Leading with Agile Office the Smart Transformation strategy, securing alignment with ELSP Leadership Team and getting supported by them, whenever needed, on removal of barriers to execution.• Implementing improvements for Agile Org through a systematic fact-based identification, by engaging targeted stakeholders and staying in line with Smart Transformation values.• Acting as a main reference for Agile Organization for structural and processual issues and partnering with other support teams (HR, Strategy Leader, CoEs, AUCs, SMs) on their resolution.• Disseminating a value focus mindset and culture at all levels, fostering use of Objective Key Results (OKRs) framework in partnership with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters• Enabling Agile Organization at work by addressing training modules, toolkits, live sessions according to business needs in collaboration with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters• Securing Agile Organization is always up to date on state of art of Smart Transformation by promptly communicating impacting changes to the interested groups (POs, CLs, ATMs, SM, AUCs, APMs, AULs)You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role• Bachelor level Degree or similar e.g. in Engineering, Business Admin,• Proven experience with critical Projects and collaboration with key stakeholders• Good knowledge of ABB processes and organization• Good communication skills in managing different expectations and reach agreements• 3-5 years leadership experience with Project/Teams• Fluent with English language, other languages also appreciated• Experienced / addicted to Agile way of workingMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
