This position is responsible for the coordination and validation of financial analytics for key planning cycles (LBE, LRP, Plan), month close, earnings calls and other ad-hoc requests. Additionally, this role partners with the business to manage cross-portfolio Oncology and PCS budgets, driving SG&A planning, actuals recognition, and investment trade-off analysis. This leadership role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal & external stakeholders and offers opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.Major Responsibilities:Coordinate and drive financial guidance, internal timelines, mock books, supplemental analyses, and consolidation for all planning cycles, including LBEs, LRP and Plan.Drive quarter and year end landing analytics, consolidation, and Oncology cross-franchise SG&A trade-off management to set organization expectations and achieve targeted financial results.Own all aspects of the budget planning and management process for Oncology PCS and Oncology cross-portfolio budgets.Support US Controller in preparing analyses, consolidating, and validating content for all reviews, including LBEs, CBRs, ESOPs, LRP, Plan, OBULTs, Quarterly Landings, Monthly Flash, and other ad-hoc discussions.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage reclasses, post-exec transfers, and other Oncology portfolio SG&A requests throughout the yearDrive positive culture, process andManage and develop a team of Sr/Managers and a Sr. AnalystAd-hoc analysis and support as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, 4+ years of supervisory experience preferredStrong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to operate within the gray and decide smart & sure.Strong attention to detail.Superior communication skills; able to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner and present to all levels of managementAbility meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.Ability to motivate direct team, lead without direct authority, and build strong relationships with cross-functional business partnersStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with SAP & BPC.
