Shape learning culture by understanding company's learning needs
Design and develop learning programs for leaders and employees
Conduct skill gap analysis and provide development solutions
Implement various learning methods and optimize LMS platforms
Oversee employee lifecycle and guide People Team in deploying learning programs
Create framework for company-wide succession planning and compliance trainings
