• Our client is hiring Multiple Certified Athletic Trainers
• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide injury prevention, acute care, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement services for SOF personnel.
• Deliver HP services within the NATA scope of practice, including designing protective equipment and applying taping techniques.
• Advise the HP Program Manager on injury prevention, sports medicine, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Participate in meetings, quality reviews, and collaborate on enhancing patient care.
• Assist in updating job descriptions, clinical guidelines, and training materials.
• Ensure proper documentation in Military’s Electronic Health Record systems (AHLTA, GENESIS, SPEAR).
• Support safe equipment operation and maintain a secure working environment.
• Perform assigned clinical and administrative duties, with occasional lifting of up to 25 kg.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Athletic training. 
• Must be NATABOC Certified. 
• Experience in the field of strength and conditioning is strongly recommended but not required. 
• Possess and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning 
• Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or shall obtain the certification within the first year of employment. 
• Minimum of 5 years or more of accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) as an ATC with individual athletes and groups of athletes at levels of NCAA 
• Collegiate, Olympic, professional sports, and/or SOF Operators in the accompanying respective settings. 
• Valid unrestricted license from one of the 50 United States or its territories. 
• Must maintain credentials requirements in good standing at a local MTF where applicable. Must meet physical demands of training with SOF including the ability to hike over rough terrain and function in austere environments to observe SOF training evolutions and the ability to assist with strength and conditioning testing and training protocols, and lift and manipulate.
