That means you are gonna get a fair, honest, and thoughtful review of your candidacy with clear and direct feedback. We want to help you look like a star to our clients because the better talent we can share, the better company we can build. So if you’re considering working with Academy, we won’t make it harder by forcing you to read our minds or guess what we value. If everything aligns on the Phone Screen, we schedule a second interview, our Portfolio Interview. On this call, we will ask you to walk through one of your case studies in order to evaluate your work, strategy, and execution.

Client Interview

The next step would be to present our assessment of the talents candidacy to our clients. Should they decide to move forward, we will schedule interviews with the candidate and the hiring team to review their work, strategy, and execution.
