The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are unlimited in the ever-changing technology landscape.The Work:Master Data Management professionals define strategies and develop/deliver solutions and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data lifecycle from capture to processing to usage across all layers of the application architecture. A professional in this position within Accenture has the following responsibilities:• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.• Understands and contributes to the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to organization goals.• Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.• Primary upward interaction is with client directors.• Will interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.• Manages medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.• Implement Master Data Solutions that transform clients’ functional processes• Continue to learn and develop your technical and business expertiseTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 10% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Stibo Systems, functional and technical experience required• Minimum of 1 end-to-end Product MDM/PIM implementation, including hands-on design and configuration• Professionals in this position should have deep understanding in MDM and related systems including but not limited to:• ERP• PLM• eCommerce• DAM• Syndication• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)Bonus Points If:• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel• Functional familiarity with other key master entity/domain such Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Locations, Assets etc. and the challenges typically involved in implementing MDM for that entity/domain.• Experience with Data Architecture and Data Integration.• Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data.• Experience using Generative AI is a plusCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
