Successfully led two Scrum teams to the successful release of key project initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Managed and fulfilled all release requirements, meticulously ensuring that all JIRA acceptance criteria and fields adhered to MRA (Matters Requiring Attention) compliance standards at Bank of America. Monitors and enforces governance, QA, and quality control standards for all change releases, ensuring that each release meets the required quality benchmarks. Actively help in identifying and resolving project gaps, blockers and impediments providing practical solutions to keep the teams on track.
