Access Associate/ Entry Level Healthcare

Details

Title: Access Associate
Location: Charlottesville Virginia 22903

Hours: first and second shift available

Job Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out
• Answer phone calls
• Use Epic system for various tasks
• Handle staff messages and MyChart messages
• Schedule appointments
• Call facilities to obtain medical records
• Manage work queues and cross-check information in the system
• Make multiple calls per day (approximately 30-40 calls)
• Ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Utilize the Care Everywhere system (prior experience not required)
• Interact with patients and other individuals in a professional manner

Requirements

High school diploma
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
