Job Description

The ENA (Europe & North-Africa) Sales team is looking for a Hotel Sales Relation Manager, who will be the B2B contact in charge of hotels relations, focused on hotels in Eastern European countries. He / she will support the hotels and partners in understanding all the Sales services at their disposal, being an active partner and key entry point. He / she will take part in developing key strategies on Eastern Europe, together with the ENA Sales BU.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Director Hotel-Sales Relations as a single-entry point for managed and franchised hotels in the region, for all matters concerning B2B sales for hotels
  • Identify business opportunities for hotels
  • Active selling of catalogue of sales services
  • Participate actively in the onboarding process for new hotels by providing expertise in B2B strategy
  • Providing hotels with all the necessary information to understand the Accor Sales environment (strategy, tools, offers, etc.).
  • Assist the Director Hotel Sales Relations in the execution of strategic BRM and 360 audits: analyze performance, follow up with an action plan, and provide recommendations to optimize their B2B performance

The role involves business travels

  • onsite sales support for properties located in Eastern Europe,
  • participation to Sales Meetings organized in this region.

  • Eastern Europe – Main focus on Poland, Hungary, Romania

LOCATION:

  • Accor Support Office – Budapest, Hungary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
  • Advanced work experience in tourism industry with a focus in hotel industry (operational experience is a plus)
  • Tourism or hotel-specific education, university degree / higher education
  • Fluent spoken and written in English, fluent in at least one EE language (Hungarian, Polish or Romanian)
  • Broad understanding of B2B segments: Corporate, MICE & Leisure
  • Proactive communication and relationship management with stakeholders (hotels, operational departments)
  • Mix of sales practices, strategic thinking, analytical skills & creativity
  • Highly responsible and reliable; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Selling & closing focus
