Are you passionate about growing a sales career in the IT industry?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Associate to join our Denver branch to focus on uncovering opportunities, managing accounts and becoming an integral part of our Sales Team!

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to support existing account managers in target account pursuits
  • Become an expert, over time, in the services and solutions that Long View offers, to recognize where we can address our clients’ business needs
  • Target clients, whose business needs match the services that Long View offers in the market, resulting in a right-fit, sustainable relationship that helps realize Long View’s 100-year vision
  • Lead qualification and management of the sales cycle through CRM
  • Develop territory and assist Account Managers with plans to cover existing and prospective enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Work collaboratively with Long View pre-sales, technical, and operational colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of the IT industry and key business trends and drivers, including vendor training and sales certifications where needed
  • Participate in the sales enablement program (STEP)

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of business development or sales experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM
  • Excellent problem-solving experience and effective decision-making ability
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Understanding of ‘solution-based selling,’ and/or other sales methodologies
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Compensation
$61,000 - 85,000 total compensation, which includes 20% variable, uncapped commission plan.

Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week. You share the costs of some benefits (medical/prescription, dental, vision) and LVS provides other benefits at no cost to you (group life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability). In addition, there are voluntary benefits with reasonable group rates that you can purchase through LVS payroll deductions (supplemental life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, accident insurance, and critical illness insurance).
