Overview
The Account Coordinator will work across advertising campaigns for multiple partners at Morning Brew, assisting either financial services clients in retirement, loans/mortgages, insurance, corporate expenses, and tax industries or focusing on B2B clients in marketing tech, project management software, cybersecurity, and big tech.
Reporting to the Manager, Account Management, the Account Coordinator will play an integral role in the daily functions of the Account Management team and will have the opportunity to work with the entire Revenue org (Brand Partnerships, Strategy and Operations, Creative, and Integrated Marketing). This person will assist Account Managers with execution across Morning Brew’s franchises, focusing on: Morning Brew Daily, Emerging Tech Brew, Money Scoop, Retail Brew, Marketing Brew, HR Brew, Founders Journal, and Business Casual (and a few others to launch this year!).
Here’s What You’ll Be Working On
The Account Coordinator will have exposure to and support the entire pre-to-post campaign lifecycle. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Media Planning: Supporting Account Managers in creation of media plans based on client’s KPIs, budget, timing, capabilities, etc.
- Campaign Reporting: Pulling and reviewing reporting for advertising campaigns
- Optimizations and Analysis: Gathering insights to improve campaign performance
- Audio Trafficking: Assisting with audio campaign setup in our ad server
- Maintenance of internal systems and documentation: Ensuring team templates and process documents are up to date with regular audits, CRM updates, archiving of outdated materials, etc.
What makes you qualified?
- 1-2 years in a digital or integrated media environment (i.e. publisher or agency) and a strong passion for the Morning Brew brand. Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Boostr experience is a plus.
- Strong problem solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Passion for and belief in Morning Brew, its mission and its franchises and products.
- A collaborative, competitive mindset. A passion for the "collaborative win": hitting/exceeding goals and achieving success with the person to your left and to your right.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- No ego.
