About the Role


As an Account Executive at ClickTime, you’ll be at the forefront of ClickTime’s mission to help businesses manage their most precious asset: Their team’s time. You’ll identify, source, and close Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects - acting as a strategic advisor, solving key business challenges, and adding value along the way. In addition, you’ll work with internal stakeholders to streamline workflow, advance our sales methodologies, and build further expertise in key verticals. This is an opportunity to harness your ambition and creativity to make your mark on an established SaaS company. 


Responsibilities


  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in our Ideal Customer Profile verticals
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline created with inbound, outbound, and partner opportunities
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of ClickTime’s features, benefits, and use cases
  • Demo ClickTime to C-level audiences, using a consultative sales approach that demonstrates value and solves customer pain
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing
  • Relay insights from the field to ClickTime internal stakeholders, in order to provide valuable input on all aspects of the business (e.g. customer journey, product roadmap)
  • Meet or exceed individual sales quota


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, closing mid-market to low-enterprise deals
  • Relevant full-cycle sales experience, with experience sourcing your own deals and co-selling with partners
  • Experience presenting to/running demos for C-level executive audiences
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a consultative sale
  • Experience managing a territory-based quota in a competitive market
  • Experience selling back-office software products strongly preferred (ERP, accounting, payroll, etc)
  • BS/BA degree preferred, ideally in business, accounting, finance or related fields


$70 - $80 a year


The listed range is for base salary only. This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings for US-based employees will be 50/50 commission split for base/variable pay.
