Account Executive

Fellow.app is growing its sales team - we are looking to add versatile generalists with a passion for people, sales and a strong interest in working in a fast-growing startup. This is truly a milestone opportunity to join on the ground floor and be one of the first 70 team members. The team has built an amazing product and you’ll be a key part of the engine driving our growth. You’ll be joining an ambitious remote team that’s on a mission to build the next big tech company to come out of the region.


What you’ll do:


  • Learn our product inside and out to help your customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with Fellow and engage with them to help them get more out of our product
  • Drive conversion from free to paid customer accounts
  • Surface opportunities to expand accounts when it’s right for the customer and work collaboratively across sales and customer success to close larger deals
  • Meet and exceed all activity and sales targets
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and track all customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)

What we are looking for:


  • Minimum 2 Years experience in a Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • A proven track record of high achievement in your current Sales, or Account Management role
  • A growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
  • Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail, and a need to stay organized
  • A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence

Bonus:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience working at early stage SaaS company (Product-Led Growth company)
  • Experience in the productivity tool category
  • Experience working with mid-market companies
