At Soliant, we are looking for an Account Executive who has a passion for changing lives and wants to build a career in sales and recruiting. We are looking for individuals who want to build relationships with school districts and serve their staffing needs.
About the role:
· Build a network with healthcare professionals and school therapists across the United States
· Market HR services and solutions to school districts
· Recruit qualified professionals to work within school districts
· Build and establish a book of business through metrics of job postings and cold calling
· Work with candidates to build and negotiate employment contracts
· Work as a liaison between hiring managers and your candidate
