Job Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, order fulfillment, and sales support. This role will respond to a variety of inquiries in a fast-paced atmosphere, including requests for quotation, lead times and product information. The position is responsible for overseeing the execution of sales transactions, including verification of terms of sales and order entry. This would also include assisting with scheduling, invoicing, and delivery of equipment.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer orders
Communicates shipping and tracking information to customers
Communicates effectively with both external customers and internal departments, gathering and relaying a wide variety of information and reports across multiple functional areas.
Able to provide Sales team with sales, market and inventory data
Assists with sales forecasting
Works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing on new product design projects, including special orders, with updates on cost and timing issues to meet customer expectations
Assists with data collection for reporting and general sales functions
Assists with production planning to ensure it closely aligns with demand
Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment
Required to have keen attention to detail and understanding of procedures and will be responsible for complete accuracy and compliance
Takes the initiative on completing tasks with minimal guidance
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Highly motivated with a great attitude
The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00
