Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Intersect Group is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a client located in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity to work for a very stable and diversified organization with high growth potential and a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have AP and treasury experience with strong attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• Manage the AP inbox
• Perform full cycle AP and process up to 300 invoices weekly
• Reconcile invoices and manage vendors
• Pay utility bills
• Assist with 1099s and yearly audits

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required
• Experience paying utility bills required
• Large ERP experience required
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) required
