SwagUp is disrupting the industry by streamlining the end to end supply chain and making it available through a single platform utilizing powerful APIs and interfaces (e.g. dashboard). As the fastest growing swag company, we have made great strides towards our mission of eliminating the friction in the swag creation and distribution process. MISSION

We’re on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Intern to make a meaningful impact in our rockstar Finance Team. This role is geared towards current college students looking to get into the startup space and get some awesome experience to start their accounting careers. If you find yourself enjoying multi-tasking, trying to meet 5 deadlines at once and really want to learn, then please apply! It’s a great opportunity for anyone wanting to get experience in a high volume department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage your accounting knowledge into action and assist our finance team with a wide variety of tasks
• Shadow and work alongside with team members to gain a deeper understanding of their current projects, to eventually take them on yourself
• Enter vendor invoices and payments, and contact vendors for any needed information
• Complete vendor credit applications
• Provide administrative support as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Attention to detail is a must
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication highly desired
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a bonus
• Accounting/Finance major

Salary: $15/hour at 20-25 hours/week
