Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist position will be responsible ensuring the timely processing of vendor invoices and sales tax returns, to meet any requirements set by the local jurisdictions and vendor contracts. This person will also match internal PO’s to vendor invoices and validate the invoices to ensure accuracy and that company expectations are met. The position will also need to ensure work is completed to meet month, quarter, and year end reporting deadlines.
