Description:
The position will assist in the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable Department.
Key Responsibilities include:

Ability to handle all aspects of accounts payable which includes processing invoices for payment, balancing batches and printing checks.

Ability to research and respond to office and vendor inquiries
-
Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area.

Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.

Bachelor’s degree required
This position may be filled in New York City, Colorado, or California. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York City is $24.20 - $36.40/hourly, in Colorado is $21.20 - $31.80/hourly, and in California is $23.20 - $37.80/hourly. These ranges are specific to these three locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
