About the team and what we'll build together

Develop and deliver outstanding content and experiences that recognize members, help them get the most out of their loyalty and ultimately improve their lives.


How you will make an impact

  • Manage and execute marketing tactics including, but not limited to, conferences, email marketing, webinar/virtual event management, content syndication, podcasts and sponsorships.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platforms related to lead-generation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing programs with existing and new vendors to improve lead quality and quantity, always looking maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all tactics.
  • Partner with Director of Marketing to execute our user conference.

What you need to be successful

  • Based in Tampa Bay Area, Florida, required
  • Min of 5 years' experience in marketing
  • You can communicate clearly and gain advocacy for what's possible and other complex ideas regardless of your audience.
  • You are biased toward action; you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on achieving your goals.
  • You're well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize your work.
  • You are a critical thinker, you ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges. You don't always know the answer but willing to dig deep to figure it out.
  • You are creative and have the experience with various tools to from your ideas to life.
  • You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships.
