Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at Britton Woods Apartments in Dublin, Ohio.

Skills

HVAC certification
Experience in general maintenance
Attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office products
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Trouble-shooting resident service issues including HVAC, general appliance work, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Responding to maintenance work orders and overseeing the work of contractors and vendors
Ensuring completion of various maintenance activities and community inspections
Ordering, stocking, and organizing an inventory of parts, supplies, and materials
Assisting in hiring and monitoring the maintenance team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
