Responsibilities
- Prepare and post internal/external advertisements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage multiple open requisitions to ensure timely filling of positions
- Review resumes and applications to prescreen candidates
- Schedule and conduct introductory phone screens and interviews
- Document full-cycle recruitment activities through ATS
