Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite team as a Full-Time Concierge Associate/Valet at our prestigious luxury high-rise, The Carlyle, located in Los Angeles. As the face of The Carlyle, you will take on a pivotal role in curating an exceptional experience for our residents and guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcome and valued. We’re looking for a confident and charismatic individual who genuinely cares about people and leaves a remarkable, lasting impression.
Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour
Schedule: Various days, morning and swing shift.
Generally: 6:30am - 3pm or 2:30 pm-11:00 pm. Must be able to work at least one weekend day.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
In representing Action Property Management and the Association, your role involves delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction. You will be first point of contact for people entering the lobby or calling the association. You must display, at all times, a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering phones and addressing people who have approached the front desk. You will monitor activity in the lobby. Assist residents with reservation requests for the Association's common rooms. Note accurately any issues or information throughout the work shift. The Concierge Associate is responsible for performing all of the essential duties and responsibilities of the Door Host and Lobby Ambassadors, including operating resident and guest vehicles.
Requirements:
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred
Must be willing to Valet as all these positions will be cross-trained in everything.
Must have a valid California Driver's License
Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
