Action is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our San Diego Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the San Diego Regional Office. 


Job Responsibilities
  • Community Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Board Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between the HOA board of directors and the community, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely collection of assessments and payment of invoices.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and oversee vendor services, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and maintenance of service standards.
  • Resident Services: Address homeowner inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive community atmosphere and enhancing resident satisfaction.


Qualifications / Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • Must be available for evening Board Meetings
  • CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.

$68,000 - $78,000 a year
