Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in eCommerce wholesale sales and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Wholesale Sales Channels:** Oversee and manage the Faire channel, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
  • Agency Management:** Identify, scout, and establish relationships with agencies to handle wholesale orders, ensuring seamless coordination and order fulfillment.
  • Business Development:** Conduct outreach to small businesses, building strong partnerships and expanding our wholesale customer base.
  • Marketing & Sales Materials:** Develop and create compelling marketing materials that support sales efforts and effectively communicate our brand and product offerings.
  • Influencer Collaboration:** Identify and engage with influencers for potential collaborations that drive brand visibility and sales growth.
  • ales Strategy:** Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:** Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • -Reporting & Analytics:** Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

  • Proven experience in eCommerce wholesale sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Faire platform and other wholesale channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in creating marketing materials and collaborating with influencers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  A proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
