We are seeking a skilled and dynamic full-time Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing  Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of different advertising ecosystems. As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns on Meta , Tiktok & Google platforms to drive results for our clients. Candidates should be available to work in CEST time zones

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to client goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create media plans and budget allocations based on client requirements and industry trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Ads campaigns across all networks
  • Implement audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Shopify dashboard , and other relevant tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights to share with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive continuous campaign optimization.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and updates on campaign performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align campaign strategies accordingly.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for performance and align with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with other media buyers and digital marketing specialists to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
  • Proactive learner who stays ahead of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-changing environments

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure effective allocation and spending.
  • Analyze cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and other key metrics to optimize budget efficiency.

  • Must have experience in Europe e-commerce setup 
  • Should have hands-on experience in B2C e-commerce business 
  • Should be knowledgeable in Meta, Google & Tiktok platforms
  • Able to work in fixed schedule 9 am - 5 pm CEST
